The Role
If you're driven, resourceful, and eager to make an impact, this role is tailored for you. Your primary responsibility will be to elevate Endless Commerce's presence by engaging with potential clients through proactive outreach, event participation, and diligent follow-up. You'll be responsible for sending cold emails, attending industry events, and representing Endless Commerce with enthusiasm and professionalism.
What You'll Own
Dispatch over 100 high-quality cold emails weekly to targeted prospects, including brand operators, COOs, and founders within our market.
Assist our founder with product demonstrations and ensure seamless follow-ups, allowing them to focus on product development.
Participate in industry conferences, networking dinners, and events to generate leads and cultivate relationships.
Engage with all demo attendees and event participants to advance them through the sales pipeline.
Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify prospects before transitioning them to sales engineers or closing representatives.
Manage outreach campaigns via Hubspot, meticulously tracking all interactions.
Foster long-term relationships with prospects, recognizing the importance of persistence in a lengthy sales cycle.
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for meetings booked and qualified opportunities generated.
What Success Looks Like
Month 1: Complete onboarding, gain in-depth knowledge of the product and target market, and commence outbound prospecting.
Months 2-3: Consistently meet activity goals (emails sent, calls made, meetings booked) and start converting meetings into qualified opportunities.
Month 4 and beyond: Regularly surpass quota and establish yourself as a trusted relationship builder in the consumer brand community.
