Position Overview: Full-time Independent Contractor

Core Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to cultivate high-value sales leads.
  • Develop and maintain a robust lead pipeline utilizing platforms like HubSpot, Apollo, or other CRM tools.
  • Engage in strategic research and craft customized outreach for targeted buyer personas.
  • Assess lead quality and arrange discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
  • Track key performance metrics, provide weekly updates on performance, and refine outreach strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Stay informed on trends within the SaaS industry, product innovations, and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation; experience in SaaS is a definite advantage.
  • Demonstrable success in cold outreach and achieving key performance indicators such as scheduled meetings or qualified leads.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, suitable for a remote working environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email communication tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working autonomously or within remote teams.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong curiosity for learning and explaining SaaS products.
