The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is based in Irving, Texas. This role supports Steer Health’s sales pipeline by connecting with potential clients and qualifying leads for the sales team. The SDR will work closely with leadership, including direct exposure to the CEO, and will have opportunities for growth within sales and marketing as the company expands.
What you will do
- Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Target ambulatory healthcare providers and multi-site medical groups.
- Identify relevant trigger events such as staffing changes, new location openings, or scheduling challenges.
- Qualify prospects based on Steer Health’s ideal customer profile, business needs, and buyer personas.
- Schedule meetings that generate viable sales opportunities.
- Work with Account Executives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
- Keep accurate records of activities in the CRM system.
Performance expectations
- Generate 25-30 qualified meetings each month.
- Maintain high daily activity levels across calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Achieve strong conversion rates from meetings to sales opportunities.
