As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the initial point of contact for prospective SumUp merchants, introducing them to a product that genuinely impacts their operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with businesses through targeted outbound calls to assess their needs and determine their suitability for SumUp’s POS and payment solutions.
  • Qualify merchants by collecting key business insights and providing guidance on how our products can enhance their operations.
  • Arrange high-quality, localized appointments for our Field Sales team to deliver comprehensive demos, negotiate terms, and secure deals.
  • Focus on outreach to merchants who haven’t reached out, leveraging outbound tools, lead lists, and historical opportunity data.
  • Contribute significantly to deal generation by ensuring Field Sales maintains a robust pipeline of well-suited, engaged prospects.
