This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days of in-office work from our Boston, MA location.
As a Sales Development Representative for the North America region at Tines, you will play a pivotal role in prospecting outbound leads and identifying new customer opportunities. As one of the initial points of contact for potential clients, you will have the chance to educate them on how Tines' software can enhance their business efficiency and effectiveness. What you will be doing:
Your first 0-6 Months:
- Familiarize yourself with Tines' product offerings and messaging.
- Master the essential tools for success, including Salesforce.com, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Demandbase, and others.
- Establish strong relationships with your Account Executive, Solutions Engineer, Marketing, and Field Leadership counterparts.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build new customer pipelines and exceed pipeline generation targets.
- Identify and qualify new customer leads and opportunities within your designated market/territory through a combination of email outreach, prospecting, social selling, and other strategies.
- Create targeted prospect lists and personalize outreach to various stakeholders.
