At Verkada, our approach to business development is unique. We heavily rely on data analytics to create and execute consistent and effective lead generation strategies through automated processes, much of which involves cold outreach that you, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), will undertake. This enables our sales teams to concentrate on meaningful conversations with high-value prospects rather than spending excessive time trying to reach them. Each representative is capable of scheduling over 80-100 demos per month, achieving approximately a 40% conversion rate to opportunities. As an SDR, you will have the chance to advance to an Account Executive (AE) role at Verkada after approximately 12 months in the program, where you will receive comprehensive training and insights into how Verkada drives business growth.
