Preferred: A strong interest or background in automotive performance parts or aftermarket tuning. Right personality fit: driven, motivated, and outgoing — alignment will be verified through our DISC assessment.

Position Overview:

This is a full-time role for an independent contractor focused on the automotive parts industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with prospective and existing customers through outbound calls, emails, and texts to promote high-performance automotive products.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate automotive parts or upgrade solutions.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics against daily and weekly KPIs, including calls made, conversions achieved, proposals sent, and revenue generated.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track activities, manage sales pipelines, and update client interactions.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to improve the quoting and invoicing processes.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge related to automotive parts, performance upgrades, and tuning trends.
