Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with over 3 years of B2B outbound sales expertise, particularly in tech and SaaS sectors. This remote SDR position is perfect for individuals who excel in high-performance sales environments, specialize in prospecting SaaS buyers, and consistently develop a robust sales pipeline.

Your contributions will be pivotal in enhancing revenue by engaging key decision-makers in B2B tech companies, discerning their challenges, and presenting innovative SaaS solutions that address genuine business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting aimed at B2B tech and SaaS organizations through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Identify, qualify, and cultivate SaaS-focused B2B leads into valuable sales opportunities.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives in tech-oriented sales cycles.
  • Research target accounts, including SaaS firms, startups, and enterprise tech companies, mapping out key decision-makers.
  • Maintain precise records of all sales activities and pipeline status using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance SaaS outreach messaging, ideal customer profile targeting, and campaign strategies.
  • Regularly meet or surpass KPIs, including calls made, emails sent, meetings arranged, and pipeline contributions.
