Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing, is essential. Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel, are required, along with familiarity with CRM systems being a plus.

As a dynamic Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in generating and qualifying leads while exploring new business opportunities in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, driven, and passionate about sales.

In this position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through our services and assessing their specific needs. You will work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, contributing significantly to the success of our sales team. A successful candidate will exhibit outstanding communication abilities, a strong work ethic, and the agility to master new processes and technologies swiftly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new lead prospects through online research and social media platforms.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities utilizing a sales engagement platform (including calls, emails, and social outreach).
  • Manage outreach efforts to leads, existing clients, and potential prospects.
  • Perform both cold and warm calls to prospective clients.
  • Enhance brand visibility through the creation of educational content related to sales.
  • Design and execute multi-channel outreach sequences.
  • Arrange appointments for the Sales Team with key decision-makers (Managers, Directors, and C-Level executives) of potential clients.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of daily outreach activities, notes, and communications.
  • Address all inbound leads and forward qualified opportunities to the Sales team.
  • Assist Sales Managers and Account Executives in adding new opportunities as leads.
  • Provide detailed notes and resources essential for achieving success.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven experience in outbound B2B sales/development.
  • Ability to lead discussions, establish emotional connections, and build trust with prospective clients.
  • Exceptional consultative phone skills, capable of conveying information clearly, warmly, and engagingly to address objections.
  • Must possess a positive, energetic demeanor and persistence, with robust follow-up skills and a professional attitude.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, accuracy, and effective time management.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, prioritizing work amid ambiguity and competing demands.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams (Operations, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing).
  • Strong computer skills, with experience in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
  • Experience with CRM platforms is preferred.
