Key ResponsibilitiesConduct targeted outbound prospecting campaigns through phone and email. Adhere to a structured outreach process using tools like Apollo, including call scripts and qualification questions. Pre-qualify prospects by assessing their needs, budget, authority, and timelines. Schedule verified, high-quality appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools. Consistently achieve and exceed performance metrics. Provide insights on prospect feedback to enhance outreach strategies. Perform a high volume of cold outreach (100-200+ calls daily). Follow up with prospects in a timely manner, including reminder calls before meetings. Adapt to frequent rescheduling of appointments as necessary. RequirementsDemonstrated success in cold calling or sales development roles. Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills, with confidence in engaging U. S. business owners and executives. Solid understanding of outbound prospecting techniques, objection handling, and relationship management. Coachable and disciplined, capable of adhering to scripts and training protocols. Results-oriented with a consistent track record of accountability. Technologically adept, familiar with Apollo, CRM systems, and communication tools. Previous experience in arranging qualified appointments leading to closed deals is advantageous.
