Role overview
This fully remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) role centers on outbound prospecting and building a strong sales pipeline. The position is highly performance-driven and requires making more than 300 cold calls daily. The SDR focuses on sourcing and qualifying leads, particularly in cybersecurity and AI, and plays a key part in identifying prospects, starting conversations, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Make over 300 cold calls each day to uncover new business opportunities
- Independently source leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Research and identify target accounts in cybersecurity, tech, and AI
- Qualify leads through discovery calls and needs assessments
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep the sales pipeline updated
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach and targeting strategies
Requirements
- 1–3+ years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales position
- Demonstrated success in high-volume cold calling
- Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong skills in lead sourcing and qualification
- Excellent communication and objection-handling abilities
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance setting
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient
Preferred experience
- Background in cybersecurity, SaaS, AI, or B2B tech sales
- Familiarity with Apollo, ZoomInfo, or HubSpot
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
