Your Role

As a vital member of the Sales Development Program, you will champion Veeva's values within the Life Sciences sector through proactive engagement with pharmaceutical companies while generating a robust sales pipeline. This program is designed to cultivate talent for the Account Partner position, with a strong emphasis on coaching as a core activity.

This accelerated sales pathway consists of two distinct phases:

Phase 1: You will begin your journey as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). Here, you will gain insights into the Life Sciences industry and SaaS technology. Your role will involve generating sales demand and pipeline revenue through both inbound and outbound prospecting, equipping you with foundational sales skills and fostering an authentic sales approach.

Phase 2: You will progress to the position of Associate Account Partner, aligning with a dedicated sales team and manager. In this capacity, you will continue your prospecting efforts, establishing the groundwork for your territory as an Account Partner, while mastering consultative sales and managing accounts through the complete deal cycle.
