Inspire Action: Convince prospects of the urgent need for climate action and demonstrate how Watershed can facilitate the development of impactful programs swiftly. Expert Communication: Ensure that companies feel informed and engaged through your expert interactions, providing insights on climate and Watershed products. Extreme Ownership: Identify and resolve inefficiencies proactively by leveraging our prospecting tools effectively. Climate Expertise: Become well-versed in climate issues and guide companies on navigating carbon reduction targets, clean energy, carbon removal, and supply chain decarbonization. You Might Be a Fit If:You have 1-2 years of experience in sales or sales development with a proven track record of exceeding targets. You are committed to continuous learning and are passionate about climate technology and sustainability.

The Role
We are in search of dynamic sales development representatives to expand Watershed's reach in Germany and Central Europe. As the demand for corporate climate initiatives rises daily, your role will be pivotal in engaging companies and fostering excitement about partnering with Watershed. As a vital member of our go-to-market team, you will contribute to developing our sales strategy, refining Watershed’s offerings, building a high-performing team, and accelerating our growth across Europe.
Fluency in both English and German is essential for this position.
