Job Title: Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales)

Role Overview
We are on the lookout for an adept Sales Development Representative to spearhead our top-of-funnel expansion through a well-rounded combination of outbound and inbound sales initiatives. This position is ideal for a skilled SDR who thrives in independent prospecting, lead generation, and appointment scheduling, while also providing mentorship to junior colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach efforts
Manage incoming leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities
Conduct comprehensive prospect research and account qualification
Schedule and manage sales appointments and product demonstrations
Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly pipeline objectives
Maintain accurate and organized CRM data
Provide constructive feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting approaches
Assist in the onboarding and training of junior SDRs as needed
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or inside sales
Prior remote work experience and proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without this experience will not be considered
Experience collaborating with US or UK-based companies
Demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales processes
Strong skills in objection handling and consultative selling
High self-motivation and exceptional time management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience across various industries or sales environments
Familiarity with CRM reporting and pipeline forecasting
Experience in mentoring or leading SDR teams
Tools & Technology
Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
