Role Overview

We are on the lookout for an adept Sales Development Representative to spearhead our top-of-funnel expansion through a well-rounded combination of outbound and inbound sales initiatives. This position is ideal for a skilled SDR who thrives in independent prospecting, lead generation, and appointment scheduling, while also providing mentorship to junior colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound cold calling and email outreach efforts

  • Manage incoming leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities

  • Conduct comprehensive prospect research and account qualification

  • Schedule and manage sales appointments and product demonstrations

  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly pipeline objectives

  • Maintain accurate and organized CRM data

  • Provide constructive feedback on messaging, scripts, and prospecting approaches

  • Assist in the onboarding and training of junior SDRs as needed
