Your Profile
Brightwheel is on the lookout for energetic go-getters eager to meet ambitious sales targets. You are disciplined, tenacious, and ready to make over 100 cold calls daily to early education centers, infusing energy and positivity into each interaction. Whether you have experience in a commission-based role or are looking to kickstart your sales career, your adaptability to change and enthusiasm for joining a fast-growing team is essential.
Your Responsibilities
Make 100+ cold calls each day
Utilize discovery questions, active listening, and knowledge of competitors to identify prospects' challenges and demonstrate how Brightwheel can provide solutions
Arrange product demonstrations to be conducted by an Account Executive with potential clients
Ensure prospects confirm their attendance for scheduled demonstrations, managing reschedules as necessary
Maintain an organized and accurate sales pipeline while regularly reviewing key metrics
Work closely with your manager to identify improvements in your sales process; be receptive to coaching and feedback
Contribute to a positive and high-achieving team culture
