We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable individual who will play a pivotal role in generating leads, expanding our sales pipeline, and converting potential clients into long-term partners. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to connect with prospective clients in the IT and SaaS sectors.
- Assess and qualify leads while arranging meetings for the sales team with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Clearly articulate the advantages of our SaaS solutions, understanding the technical requirements and challenges faced by potential customers.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and developments within the CRM system.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach tactics and ensure messaging aligns with target audience needs.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings scheduled and qualified leads generated.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound sales, specifically focusing on IT and SaaS products.
- In-depth understanding of the IT landscape and SaaS sales processes, including cloud solutions, enterprise software, and digital transformation.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences.
- Strong research abilities to identify and engage key prospects within relevant industries.
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with or selling to enterprise IT teams or SaaS decision-makers.
- Understanding of the B2B SaaS sales cycle and buyer journey.
- Aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and effectively communicating their value to clients.
- Previous success in a remote sales role, demonstrating self-management and organizational skills.
Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
- Primary internet connection must have a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
- Backup internet connection with at least 10 Mbps. This connection must be able to support work during power outages.
- Primary Device:
- Desktop or laptop with at least: Intel Core i5 (8th generation or newer), Intel Core i3 (10th generation or newer), AMD Ryzen 5 or equivalent.
