Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a strong ability to engage and connect with potential clients. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in Japanese and English. Demonstrated ability to analyze customer needs and present effective solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

As a key early member, you will play a vital role in shaping our sales strategies, influencing future product development, and driving revenue growth, all while enjoying the journey!

What You'll Achieve:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective customers eager to explore Notion

  • Maintain organized and detailed notes on prospects

  • Assess prospects to identify alignment with Notion’s offerings

  • Identify and cultivate new accounts by demonstrating how Notion can enhance team collaboration and efficiency

  • Innovate outbound strategies to engage decision-makers with tailored messaging

  • Reach out through email, calls, and LinkedIn to educate prospects about our solutions

  • Conduct meetings with potential customers to uncover their business challenges and objectives

  • Contribute to the creation of sales playbooks and refine our sales approach

  • Take ownership of lead generation strategies and tactical initiatives

  • Deeply understand our product to deliver customized demos for diverse audiences

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on performance initiatives, product launches, and service innovations
