Join Our Team as a Sales Development Representative
At latamcent, we are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead the generation and qualification of new business opportunities in the dynamic fintech, Web3, and global payroll sectors.
In this role, you will take charge of outbound prospecting efforts, qualify inbound leads, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives. Your focus will be on building a robust sales pipeline, executing structured outreach strategies, and constantly refining messaging to enhance conversion rates.
This is a pivotal sales role that offers a clear pathway for advancement to an Account Executive position based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research to identify companies within target sectors such as fintech, Web3, DAOs, global payroll, and distributed teams.
Perform high-volume outbound prospecting through emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, and sales automation tools.
Evaluate both inbound and outbound leads based on established Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buying indicators.
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure a seamless transition of opportunities.
Keep precise records of activities and pipeline data in HubSpot.
Experiment with and optimize outreach messages to boost response rates and meeting conversions.
Develop in-depth product knowledge to effectively convey latamcent’s value proposition.
Provide constructive feedback to marketing and product teams regarding lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales, preferably as an SDR, BDR, or a similar role.
Demonstrated success with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Familiarity with modern sales tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Highly organized and self-driven, especially in a remote work setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Web3, crypto, fintech, or global payroll sectors is a plus.
