Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to engage in remote appointment setting and lead follow-ups. This position combines outbound sales, lead nurturing, and CRM management, making it an ideal opportunity for candidates interested in remote SDR roles, appointment setting positions, or entry-to-mid-level sales careers from home.
Your key responsibilities will involve engaging with leads, scheduling appointments, and ensuring CRM accuracy while supporting crucial administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to both warm and cold leads.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the client.
- Utilize scripts to effectively convey value and manage objections.
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM with precise lead data.
- Engage in list building, data entry, and lead tracking tasks.
- Manage follow-up sequences to enhance conversion rates.
- Leverage tools like Google Docs and Excel for reporting and organization.
- Collaborate directly with the client to refine outreach strategies.
- Consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to calls, appointments set, and follow-ups completed.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Development within the Marketing sector.
- Proficient spoken English with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- Demonstrated success in outbound calling and lead follow-ups.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM or comparable CRM systems.
- Comfortable performing data entry and administrative support tasks.
- Intermediate skill level in Google Docs, Excel, and other online tools.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- A positive and coachable mindset (training and scripts provided).
- Must reside in Guatemala or other Latin American regions (time zone flexibility required).
- Access to a reliable computer, headset, and stable internet connection.
