Key Responsibilities:Lead outbound prospecting initiatives to connect with senior decision-makers across the United States. Perform high-volume cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities. Recognize client needs and propose customized staffing and advisory services. Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants and senior leadership to align on campaign strategies. Keep precise records of activities and progress within the CRM. Participate in team meetings and strategy discussions aligned with U. S. (Austin, Texas) business hours. Advocate for a consultative, value-driven sales approach, maintaining integrity and professionalism. Qualifications and Experience:At least 3–4 years of experience in cold-calling sales, preferably in staffing or professional services. Mid-senior level SDRs only — must demonstrate confidence, maturity, and exceptional communication abilities. Proven success in a fast-paced outbound sales environment. Comfortable engaging with senior executives in the U. S. in a professional and consultative manner. Fluent in English — both written and verbal. Able to work full-time in alignment with U. S. Central Time Zone (Austin, Texas). Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer. Preferred but not mandatory: Experience in the U. S. market or construction sector.
