Join our dynamic team at pavago as a Sales Development Representative (SDR), where your primary focus will be on executing high-volume outbound email outreach.
This is a pure execution role , you won’t be strategizing or closing deals, but you will be essential in driving our pipeline.
Your responsibilities are straightforward:
Craft and send high-quality outbound emails, follow up diligently, and consistently book meetings.
If you excel in writing, are disciplined in your follow-ups, and thrive on achieving targets , this role is tailor-made for you.
Key Responsibilities
Email Outreach (Primary Focus)
- Execute high-volume outbound email campaigns on a daily basis
- Personalize messaging to enhance response rates
- Continuously improve messaging using tools such as ChatGPT
- Test various subject lines, messaging angles, and CTAs for effectiveness
Outbound Calling (Secondary Support)
- Conduct targeted calls to priority prospects
- Support email campaigns with follow-up calls
- Engage prospects to boost conversion rates
Lead Management & Follow-Ups
- Manage leads through structured outbound sequences
- Ensure no lead is overlooked
- Maintain regular follow-ups throughout extended sales cycles
Prospect Qualification & Meeting Scheduling
- Qualify prospects based on specific criteria
- Efficiently schedule meetings for the sales team
- Facilitate smooth transitions to Account Executives
CRM Management & Pipeline Tracking
- Keep data organized in HubSpot (or similar CRM tools)
- Document all activities, notes, and next steps
- Track engagement and the progression of the pipeline
Performance Optimization
- Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics
- Refine messaging based on performance data
- Maintain steady activity levels
Success Metrics
- High volume of quality emails sent
