Ensure accurate CRM record-keeping and timely follow-ups. Collaborate with team members to share insights and drive performance improvements. RequirementsExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrating professionalism and a customer-centric approach. Demonstrated persistence and dedication in a sales or customer-facing role (prior SDR/BDR experience preferred). Able to manage high-volume outreach and follow a structured approach. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of guiding and supporting customers effectively. Self-motivated, positive, and resilient. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools (CRM, email platforms, communication tools).
