Working Hours: Remote (Availability required for US Mountain Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT)

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cutterpillar, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts by identifying, qualifying, and connecting with potential customers. Your contributions will be vital in accelerating our growth trajectory by fostering meaningful relationships with prospects and generating valuable leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify and reach out to potential customers across various platforms, including email, social media, and cold calling.
  • Prospect Qualification: Communicate with prospects to grasp their requirements, assess their suitability as customers, and ascertain how Cutterpillar’s offerings can meet their needs.
  • CRM Management: Ensure accurate logging of all interactions with prospects and maintain current records within our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Partner with marketing and sales teams to synchronize strategies, share insights, and facilitate a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Product Knowledge: Cultivate a thorough understanding of Cutterpillar’s products and services to effectively convey our value propositions to potential clients.
  • Follow-Up: Regularly engage with leads to maintain their interest and guide them through the sales process.
  • Metrics Tracking: Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, engagement, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
