Sales Development Representative (Remote)

We are excited to welcome a Sales Development Representative to our dynamic team immediately!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Initiate contact with potential and existing clients via various channels to establish a robust lead pipeline.
2. Build rapport with prospects and assess how our products/services meet their requirements.
3. Schedule and coordinate sales presentations and meetings.
4. Develop and maintain a CRM system or contact database.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize lead generation with overarching sales strategies.
6. Set ambitious sales targets to boost revenue and report on team performance.
7. Design, distribute, and analyze customer surveys, compiling findings into reports.
8. Perform general administrative duties as needed.
9. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
10. Undertake additional tasks as necessary.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certification.
• At least 1 year of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas while effectively managing client relationships.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal (C1 level or higher).
• Strong proficiency in phone, email, and instant messaging communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building.
• Tech-savvy, with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM systems, and VoIP technologies.
• Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in approach.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
