Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Schedule: US Central Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
USD Salary: $1,000 USD + commission
Location: Remote (Philippines)
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will play a crucial role in enhancing our early-stage sales initiatives through effective outbound lead generation and meeting coordination for our sales team.
This position emphasizes the importance of boosting the number of qualified conversations, allowing for autonomy in initial outreach without needing direct leadership involvement.
The perfect candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and skilled in engaging with potential clients to assess compatibility and foster pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification:
- Develop and maintain outbound leads
- Assess customer needs, compatibility, and readiness
- Keep accurate lead status and notes in our CRM system
- Focus on high-value opportunities
Outbound & Follow-Up:
- Engage in outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Regularly follow up with warm leads
- Reconnect with inactive prospects
- Ensure consistent outreach volume
Meeting Booking:
- Arrange qualified meetings for the sales team
- Facilitate smooth transitions to closing team members
- Provide relevant context and notes for each meeting
- Monitor conversion rates from leads to meetings
CRM & Pipeline Management:
- Maintain organized and accurate CRM data
- Track outreach and engagement metrics
- Assist in pipeline reporting and updates
- Ensure efficient follow-up workflows
