Key Responsibilities:Product Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct product module testing, document bugs and inconsistencies, and suggest enhancements. Customer Feedback Acquisition: Interact with customers to gather in-depth feedback, ensuring clarity on their pain points and desired enhancements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product issues based on customer feedback. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain records of product issues, QA logs, and share findings with the team regularly. Product Knowledge Development: Acquire a thorough understanding of Reevo’s platform to assist customers and internal teams effectively. Outbound Prospecting: Execute cold outreach through emails, calls, and LinkedIn to qualify leads and create new opportunities. Lead Qualification: Assess prospects to determine fit and readiness, successfully qualifying leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on target markets, companies, and personas to enhance outreach strategies and messaging.

The Role

Join us as a pivotal member of our sales team! As one of the initial Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), your contributions will be critical in shaping our sales processes and strategies from the ground up.

You will collaborate closely with our founding Account Executive (AE) team to refine our go-to-market strategy, influence our sales approach, and set a benchmark for future SDRs and AEs. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic, early-stage environments and enjoy taking ownership of the sales process while navigating through uncertainty and ambiguity. We prioritize fostering a strong in-person culture, and as we are in a growth phase, we expect our team to work from our San Francisco office five days a week.
