Join Our Team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)!
Schedule: US Central Time hours, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MT
Salary: $1,200 - $1,800 USD + commission
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance our initial sales efforts through proactive outbound lead generation and arranging meetings for our sales team. This position is dedicated to amplifying the number of qualified conversations without necessitating leadership involvement during the early outreach phase. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and adept at engaging prospects to assess suitability and stimulate pipeline expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Create and cultivate outbound leads, assess customer needs and fit, maintain accurate lead status and notes in our CRM, and prioritize high-quality opportunities.
- Outbound & Follow-Up: Execute outreach via email, LinkedIn, and various channels, consistently follow up with warm leads, re-engage dormant prospects, and maintain a robust outreach volume.
- Meeting Booking: Organize qualified meetings for the sales team, ensure a seamless transition to closers, provide essential context and notes for each meeting, and monitor conversion from lead to meeting.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Keep CRM data clean and organized, track outreach and engagement metrics, support pipeline reporting and updates, and guarantee consistent follow-up workflows.
