Role Overview:
We are actively seeking dynamic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) / Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to expand our Home Health vertical. This role is ideal for energetic self-starters eager to onboard new clients. You will engage in a hands-on, high-activity job that involves making calls to potential customers, overcoming objections, and driving business growth.

This role is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a high volume of outbound calls weekly (hundreds of dials).
Effectively pitch our product to potential customers through targeted cold outreach.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our Account Executives.
Confidently address objections and adjust messaging as needed during conversations.
Accurately track outreach efforts and results in Salesforce.
Collaborate with leadership to refine customer messaging based on insights gained from conversations.
Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and comfort in live conversations.
Proven track record in sales or business development roles.
Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection constructively.
Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is a plus.
