Join our innovative team at NeoWork as a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR)! You will be the initial contact for potential vendor partners, significantly contributing to our marketplace growth and expansion. Your main priority will be to engage with prospective vendors, comprehend their business requirements, and demonstrate the advantages of partnering with our cutting-edge platform, which is designed to enhance their visibility and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and connect with potential vendor partners via various outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, phone calls, etc.)
- Assess vendor compatibility based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
- Effectively communicate our platform's value proposition, addressing vendor needs and establishing us as a strategic opportunity for growth
- Conduct discovery calls and cultivate vendor relationships to evaluate fit and readiness
- Effortlessly transition qualified leads to the Account Executive team for final onboarding and partnership completion
- Keep precise records of outreach efforts and lead statuses in the CRM system
- Work collaboratively with the Sales and Partnerships team to refine outreach strategies and messaging continuously
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a Sales Development Representative, business development, or partnership-oriented role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative and approachable demeanor
- Proficient in reaching out across multiple platforms and channels
- Ability to quickly understand product features and convey them in an engaging and relatable manner
- Self-motivated individual who excels in a remote work setting with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and proactive, exhibiting strong time management and follow-through capabilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is advantageous
