THE ROLE:
SourceFuse is establishing its internal sales development function and is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to spearhead top-of-funnel pipeline generation for the US market. You will collaborate closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM) team to convert outbound activities into qualified meetings for Account Executives. Achieving success in your first 90 days will mean consistently meeting weekly meeting targets and creating a sustainable outbound sales rhythm.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn to generate a qualified sales pipeline.
Evaluate inbound and outbound leads against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria and transition them to scheduled meetings.
Schedule and transfer qualified demos and discovery calls to Account Executives.
Research target accounts to identify and engage with key decision-makers.
Keep accurate and organized records of all activities, leads, and pipeline stages in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Achieve or surpass weekly targets of 5 outbound meetings and 3 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1 to 5 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales.
Experience in SaaS, cloud services, AWS ecosystem, or IT services sales.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage directly with US buyers.
Demonstrated capability to manage high-volume outreach while maintaining quality and consistency.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
Comfortable working during US business hours with required overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Resilient and accountable; you are aware of your metrics and take ownership of your results.
NICE TO HAVE:
Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft.
Previous experience working remotely with US-based clients.
