The Role: Sales Development Specialist / Go-To-Market Strategist

In just under 24 months since our inception, we are achieving 7 figures of ARR monthly. Our team comprises world-class AI PhDs, engineers, and patent attorneys. We are now seeking a dynamic and driven Go-To-Market specialist to enhance our outbound strategy and support our growth towards $1B+ ARR.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target high-potential leads and strategic prospects within our market.

  • Initiate outbound activities through cold calls, emails, and social media to pursue new business opportunities.

  • Implement personalized and impactful outreach campaigns to optimize lead conversion.

  • Work closely with Account Executives to address prospect objections and utilize market trends effectively.

  • Continuously improve outreach strategies based on real-time feedback and market responses.

  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach velocity.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze data and refine the playbook for scaling.
