112Cyber is on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Director to build and lead a dynamic sales team of 6 to 8 professionals specializing in Cyber Compliance. This role is pivotal in achieving our ambitious growth targets in rapidly expanding markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership within a professional services or managed services organization, demonstrating a proven record of high performance. Experience in software sales leadership is highly advantageous, given that our services are driven by proprietary technology integrated with client engagements.

Your Path to Success:
You will spearhead customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth by:
- Recruiting, training, and developing a team of high-performing sales professionals, while optimizing personal and company growth
- Leading 112Cyber’s sales team through effective communication and providing consistent, high-value coaching
- Implementing proven sales methodologies and systems to ensure sustained growth
- Fostering a corporate culture that balances high achievement with a positive work environment
- Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews to assess performance and strategy
- Acting as the executive liaison with sales leadership at our partner organizations
- Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, Professional Services, and Business Operations
