This freelance role is specifically for candidates located in the Springfield, IL metropolitan area and will report directly to the Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive based in the Midwest-Chicago.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic store visits, events, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and execute plans that align with corporate initiatives and sales objectives.
- Design a monthly calendar to focus efforts on key stores and drive sales performance.
- Utilize superior sales techniques to consistently meet and exceed goals.
- Deliver engaging training sessions that empower staff to drive sales and provide outstanding customer service.
- Establish strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and brand advocacy.
- Assist with new store openings alongside the brand leadership team.
Training, Events & Education:
- Educate retail teams on hero products, equipping them to effectively recommend to clients and drive retail sales.
- Foster brand advocates in stores by training staff on sales techniques and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and assess the impact of events on sales performance.
- Innovate new strategies to enhance sales and retail results.
- Train all retail staff, including freelancers, on product knowledge and selling skills.
Calendar Management:
- Implement and activate the store visit calendar, providing follow-up on successes and areas for improvement.
- Deliver detailed weekly updates on business opportunities and achievements.
Communication:
- Maintain regular status updates with management and prepare reports as required.
- Collaborate with store leadership to identify brand opportunities.
- Address stock concerns with management and retail partners to support business efficiency.
