Your ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Development: You will lead, coach, and develop a team of 4-5 individuals (Senior Sales Enablement Partners, Trainers & Coaches, and Working Students) and create an environment where everyone can reach their full potential. Sales Onboarding & Ramp-Up: You will be responsible for the onboarding of new sales employees, including the DSA revamp and NJer assessment process, as well as ramp-up programs for our new practice software, which includes monitoring routines, product certification, and licensing processes. Manager Development & Ongoing Training: You will support the development of our leaders through regional manager ramp-up, leadership training, and building sustainable training routines and peer learning formats. Content, Methodology & Tooling: You will maintain and enhance the sales guide, manage marketing alignments, and drive the introduction of modern enablement tools, including AI coaching with Setero, DUST Knowledge & Operational Bots, and CRM efficiency improvements with Modjo. Partner Enablement, Club Model & Impact Measurement: You will develop sales and installation content for partners, coordinate product updates & training, strategically build the club model, and measure the success of all programs using clear enablement KPIs.

As the Sales Enablement Lead, you will lead a skilled team of Senior Sales Enablement Partners, Trainers, and Coaches while overseeing the entire enablement strategy for our German sales teams. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach: developing scalable onboarding and ramp-up programs, driving the implementation of innovative enablement tools, and establishing a sustainable sales methodology in the field.
