Position Overview: Sales Engineer

In this pivotal role as a Sales Engineer at IEM, you will take charge of promoting and selling our power distribution products, including Medium Voltage (MV) and Low Voltage (LV) Switchgear, Switchboards, and Panelboards, through direct sales channels. Your responsibilities will encompass the development and nurturing of relationships with medium to large Electrical Contractor accounts, as well as cultivating connections and driving sales with key end-user clients. The ideal candidate will possess adept skills in compiling comprehensive project package quotations, integrating both IEM products and third-party offerings to provide clients with a complete bill of materials.

This position primarily covers the Houston area, and while your office will be remote, you will ideally have established a reputation within the Houston electrical equipment market, fostering trust with a core network of contractors, end users, and electrical distributors.
