As a Sales Engineer at Quartermaster, you will play a pivotal role in both pre-sales technical consultations and post-sales implementations. You will collaborate closely with clients to assess their needs and showcase the capabilities of our innovative Smart Mast products.
Technical Consultation & Proposals: Develop tailored concept designs and technical proposals while responding to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in collaboration with our growth and proposal teams.
Customer Relationship Management: Act as the prime technical liaison between Quartermaster’s engineering teams, B2B partners, and government representatives.
System Deployment: Strategically plan and oversee the deployment of the Smart Mast product to enhance customer operations.
Risk Analysis: Conduct initial risk and opportunity assessments for potential future projects.
Product Development Liaison: Provide insightful feedback to product teams to refine and enhance technology based on real-world usage.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor offerings, relaying valuable insights to product teams.
