The Sales Engineer plays a pivotal, customer-facing role at Redo, tasked with onboarding new clients and fostering growth through upselling and cross-selling across our diverse product suite. Each Sales Engineer specializes in one of Redo’s product clouds, Returns, Order Management, Email/SMS, Conversion, or Support, cultivating profound expertise to ensure customers derive maximum value from our platform.
This position encompasses a defined book of business and a quota, providing a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with General Managers and Engineers. Sales Engineers manage customer implementations, oversee feature requests, and deliver a seamless technical experience from start to finish. Additionally, they partner with Account Executives to drive deals forward, offering product insights and guiding prospects through technical validation and solution design.
