Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and drive sales performance in the designated territory to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategically plan, implement, and monitor all sales activities within the territory, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Analyze competitor activities and evaluate their impact, providing timely reports to management.
Credit Management & Collections:
- Engage with dealers and customers to gather necessary documentation for profile creation.
- Regularly review and update credit statuses, ensuring prompt action on overdue payments.
- Communicate with dealers and customers to facilitate timely payments.
Sales Channel Development:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base across various transportation segments including bus, truck, rail, and aftermarket.
Collaboration for Success:
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate essential technical and commercial promotional activities to achieve annual sales objectives.
Demand Generation:
- Establish and maintain direct communication with key customers for technical consulting and sales promotion.
- Participate in relevant business events, trainings, fairs, and expos to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Keep updated records of key accounts and their requirements.
- Create weekly activity plans and results reports for management review.
Product Promotion:
- Plan and conduct effective product demonstrations, ensuring accurate data recording and timely sharing of results.
- Promote Sika products in alignment with the marketing strategy.
- Adhere to Product Stewardship Guidelines in all activities.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Automotive & Industrial Vietnam.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding all company-related information and documentation.
