We are on the hunt for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to enhance our dynamic Sales Team at City Wide Facility Solutions. As a Sales Executive, you will lead new business development efforts in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborating closely with account managers and fellow sales team members, you will foster and maintain profitable business relationships, ensuring mutual success. With our attractive bonus structure, you could easily earn over $100k in your first year!
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account needs, and delivering compelling presentations.
- Close sales by building rapport, effectively communicating our service offerings, addressing concerns, and finalizing contracts.
- Dedicate a minimum of 20 hours each week to prospecting.
- Utilize and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to keep track of customer information.
- Manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM effectively.
- Promote a positive work environment through effective communication and collaboration with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven B2B outside sales experience, preferably in a recent position focused on outside sales.
- Demonstrated success with a history of achieving at least 105% of sales goals for two consecutive years.
- Strong skills in prospecting and territory development.
- Proficiency in CRM systems with an emphasis on data entry and organization of sales data.
- Preferred prior sales training certifications (e.g., Sandler, President’s Club, Dale Carnegie).
- Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales.
- An outgoing and dynamic personality with a can-do attitude that thrives on challenges.
- Highly organized within a defined sales process, capable of guiding clients from prospecting to closing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to conduct presentations and one-on-one meetings.
- Proven ability to coordinate team activities and collaborate effectively with operations and marketing teams.
- Strong skills in MS Office.
