Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Seek out potential clients, effectively present our e-bike solutions, and consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Onboarding & Training: Provide in-field training, mentor team members, and promote ongoing growth and development.
- Management & Coaching: Oversee daily operations, develop schedules, and refine sales processes for optimal efficiency.
- Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and deliver regular reports to management.
