About the Role

Our Sales team is fundamentally solution-oriented, prioritizing the customer, acting swiftly, and thinking strategically to deliver value throughout the entire customer journey. We are here not only to achieve targets but to foster customer growth and shape the future of go-to-market strategies.

We are in search of a strategic and detail-focused sales leader who is also a proactive mentor. This senior leadership position reports directly to the VP of Sales and Success and is responsible for significantly impacting our go-to-market success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and mentor a team of Account Executives to consistently achieve revenue and pipeline objectives while identifying optimal technical solutions for our clients.

  • Engage in high-stakes deals as an executive sponsor, facilitating significant new partnerships for Attio.

  • Assist in defining and executing Attio’s go-to-market strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with teams across Attio in Marketing, Operations, Product, and Engineering to enhance customer experiences and inform Attio’s product roadmap.

What We Offer

  • A competitive compensation package ranging from $250,000 to $300,000 OTE with a 50/50 split.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in building successful teams and coaching Account Executives.

  • At least 4 years of direct selling experience with a technical product to high-growth clients.

  • Strong quantitative skills in forecasting and managing pipeline towards ambitious financial goals.

  • A keen interest in the CRM space and continuous improvement.
