Role overview
The Sales Manager in Maui leads a team of Compass agents, focusing on coaching, retention, and building a positive company culture. This position serves as a connection between regional leadership and agents, ensuring that sales and platform initiatives align with Compass’s broader goals. The Sales Manager also offers strategic and operational guidance to the executive team.
Main responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor agents, and advise the executive team on strategy.
- Build and maintain a strong company culture to retain and motivate agents.
- Hold regular meetings to review growth plans, performance, and company updates.
- Share market trends and business development goals to support agent success.
- Guide agents in business planning and professional growth.
- Launch programs that improve productivity and reinforce effective practices through coaching.
- Track key performance indicators and platform usage to drive revenue and efficiency.
- Help agents set and reach individual sales targets.
- Promote a positive work environment that supports agent satisfaction and retention.
- Encourage constructive behaviors and attitudes within the team.
- Address issues related to agents, brokerage, and compliance as they arise.
- Act as a culture ambassador, inspiring and empowering colleagues to drive positive change.
- Support the development and implementation of Compass’s strategic initiatives.
