The Sales Manager serves as a key ambassador for our brand, taking charge of leading and coaching teams while nurturing client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving sales performance and ensuring a premium customer experience.
SALES RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve and exceed budgeted sales targets.
- Foster a customer-centric culture by continuously evaluating our service offerings to surpass customer expectations.
- Maintain strong relationships with Host Store and other concession partners.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance business performance.
- Analyze brand performance to inform strategic commercial decisions.
- Play an active role in the department's development aligned with consumer trends and business potential.
- Manage staff scheduling to guarantee optimal floor coverage during peak hours.
- Uphold high standards of staff presentation in line with brand guidelines.
CUSTOMER SERVICE INITIATIVES
- Establish a customer-focused environment throughout the business. Train and develop the team to build and strengthen client relationships.
- Evaluate customer feedback and service metrics, implementing action plans to meet company standards.
- Ensure a client-focused mindset in-store, overseeing team performance in maintaining client relationships and managing client books.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
- Collaborate with the General Manager to recruit and onboard new team members according to Kurt Geiger's recruitment policies.
- Communicate and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures among employees.
- Dedicate time to team development to maximize their potential.
- Foster positive relationships among team members and the General Manager.
- Encourage a sense of community and collaboration across all areas of the department.
