Analyze pipeline trends, providing insights into gaps, risks, and revenue opportunities. Develop and maintain governance frameworks for managing accounts, opportunities, and channel responsibilities. Ensure compliance with established channel processes and governance policies, highlighting and addressing deviations. Conduct in-depth analyses of channel performance to identify areas for improvement and translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership. Support strategic decisions by surfacing performance gaps, operational bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.
