Technical Education: A robust understanding of the physics underpinning intralogistics systems is critical (preferably in automation, mechanics, logistics, or related fields). Languages: Native Polish speaker with a minimum of B2/C1 level in English, essential for daily technical consultations with customers, headquarters, suppliers, and international documentation. Proficiency in additional languages is an asset. B2B Experience: A proven history in B2B sales involving complex investment processes, ideally in the industrial or logistics sectors. Tools: High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Nice to Have: Experience in logistics projects in any capacity.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for customers, prioritizing trust and long-lasting relationships over quick transactions.
  • Proactively generate leads, conduct meetings, and represent BEUMER Group at industry events and conferences.
  • Lead the development of comprehensive proposals that meet customer specifications and technical feasibility.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating self-motivation for independent work while collaborating effectively with engineering teams and headquarters.
  • Ensure reports, technical descriptions, and calculations are accurate, clear, and reliable.
  • Utilize data to formulate compelling arguments, confidently tackling complex Excel analyses and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Support intricate B2B contract negotiations, finalizing legal and commercial particulars.
