Compensation
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $88,000–$120,000+ per year
• The top 15% of our representatives earn over $120,000
• 50% of our team consistently earns over $88,000
• Guaranteed hourly base pay alongside uncapped commission
• Weekly bonuses, incentives, and performance rewards
Responsibilities
• Engage with customers in designated local territories
• Articulate Bell Canada’s Internet, TV, and Mobile plans
• Assist customers in selecting the optimal package
• Establish rapport, address inquiries, and close sales
• Participate in morning meetings for goal setting, training, and updates
• Monitor progress and strive toward both personal and team objectives
