The ideal candidate will have:
- A genuine enthusiasm for property and a solid understanding of the local area.
- A valid UK driving license is essential, along with the flexibility to work alternate Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls professionally and efficiently.
- Manage diaries and schedule appointments.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
- Promote additional services to clients.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in estate agency is preferred but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- A strong affinity for working with people.
IT Skills:
- Experience in a sales role, whether face-to-face or over the phone, is beneficial.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30, with alternate Saturdays from 09:00 - 16:00 on a rota basis.
Enjoy 28 days of holiday, including bank holidays.
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience, ranging from £15,000 to £25,000 plus commission, along with a pension scheme.
