About The Role

In our fast-paced environment, we encounter challenges in closing deals not due to a lack of interest from clients, but rather because opportunities become stagnant, lose momentum, or slip through the cracks of our sales pipeline. Qualified leads often fade away before reaching closure due to delayed follow-ups and a lack of proactive engagement.

The Sales Pipeline Lead position is designed to ensure that every opportunity in the pipeline is maximized. You will be both an active participant and a mentor. Your role involves directly engaging with stalling deals to revive them while also ensuring that Account Executives (AEs) maintain pipeline integrity, timely follow-ups, and effective deal progression. Your primary focus will be to advance deals and empower AEs to enhance their closure rates, while also serving as a safeguard against potential pitfalls, such as misaligned solutions or clients lacking internal commitment to utilize a Virtual Assistant.

This role is NOT confined to back-office analytics. You will be actively engaged in the pipeline daily, communicating with prospects, reviewing transactions with AEs, and stepping in personally when a deal requires intervention.
