Your Role:
We are seeking passionate Sales Representatives eager to embody the Neo brand and contribute to our mission. You will engage with potential customers at various activation events, including shopping malls, universities, local businesses, and major retail partners. Your primary responsibility will be to drive customer acquisition by signing them up for the Neo Credit Card, Neo Money Account, and other Neo products.
As Neo's representative, you will receive a guaranteed hourly wage, alongside uncapped commissions for each product you facilitate, plus bonuses for exceeding targets, all paid semi-monthly. You will receive real-time alerts when customers sign up for a Neo Account using your referral link, allowing you to monitor your performance instantly!
