- Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Sales
- Meet and surpass sales, profitability, and collection goals.
- Develop a robust customer base.
- Engage with customers to understand and fulfill their requirements.
- Showcase products on-site to demonstrate their relevance to customer needs.
- Proactively identify upcoming projects in advance.
- Deliver customer feedback to management, particularly regarding technical aspects.
- Conduct thorough vetting of new customers prior to onboarding, including completing the “Customer Profile” form as per our procedures.
- Ensure a high level of post-sale service.
- Respond swiftly to customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Understand and comply with warranty policies.
- Collaborate closely with consultants and contractors.
- Collections
- Clearly communicate credit periods and payment terms to customers.
- Support debt collection efforts when needed.
- Ensure all sales documentation is complete for potential legal action on doubtful receivables.
- Sales Administration
- Coordinate product procurement through the Central Logistics Coordinator or Regional Sales Manager.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Provide necessary quality certificates, data sheets, and product brochures on time.
- Promptly submit invoices and related documents to customers.
